PIMBY: Please, In My Back Yard !

NIMBY is an acronym for: NOT IN MY BACKYARD!  Now comes PIMBY,an acronym for PLEASE OR PUT IN MY BACKYARD!   Why this change of mind and speech? Some things belong in our backyards while others do not. Hanging your wash in the sun on the clothesline is one thing that we all should have the freedom to do and not restricted by 'neighborhood snoops, self-appointed cultural and social experts, city planners and taxers, municipal ordinances and city council deliverations and concerns, or Federal restrictions, although some FEDERAL FUNDING FOR DETERGENTS,  E TC. MIGHT BE IN ORDER, plus other things too numerous to mention.
